We operate as a full-service creative agency serving a diverse set of partners. Our portfolio includes Corporate and Enterprise clients, Small Businesses & Start-Ups, individuals.
Our administrative studio hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
We strive to communicate with clients ASAP to keep things moving along efficiently. Inquiries recieved after 4:00 pm EST or on weekends will be addressed and answered in the following business day. Please note that during on-location shoots, our team’s primary focus is on the active production. Response times may be slower on these days. For urgent matters during a shoot, please contact your designated project lead via the specific production number provided on your project brief. If you have an emergency regarding a shoot scheduled in the next 12 hours, please email us at urgent@rocketlaunchstudio.com.
If there is a reschedule or cancellation for a project that is within the next 48 hrs, please email us at urgent@rocketlaunchstudio.com. For all other project changes, please direct your message to info@rocketlaunchstudio.com.
We understand that life happens. We do our best to accomodate rescheduling. Depending on the project type and scale the reschedule window and cancellation terms may vary. Please refer to your contract and/or provided statement of work documentation for more specific details. It is completely normal to feel awkward! In fact, most people feel some degree of hesitation about being photographed. Our photographers are not just technicians; we strive to curate a comfortable atmosphere where you can feel as relaxed as possible. We do not expect you to know how to pose. We create a relaxed, judgment-free environment and provide clear direction on posing, expressions, and more. Our job is to help you feel confident and look your best. We focus on keeping you informed throughout the process encourage you to ask any questions you may have prior to or during the session. Additionally, you are welcome to bring someone to accompany you to your session.
During the session we go through a variety of different looks and poses. We aim to meet you where you're at and make time for and encourage trying different poses and looks. We want you to feel comfortable to express yourself, any of the final images go directly to you, and won't be seen by anyone else if you don't want.
We encourage you to outfits that reflect your identity and the use case of the images. While also prioritizing attire you feel confident and comfortable in.
Include: Solid colors, natural textures, and simple layers typically photograph best, as they keep the focus on your face.
Avoid: Busy patterns or large logos, colors very similar to your skin-tone, distracting jewelry.
We encourage you to bring 3–4 options so we can collaborate on-site to choose the wardrobe that best fits our intentional lighting and backdrop setups.
To ensure you aren’t overwhelmed by hundreds of outtakes or test shots, we carefully curate a proof gallery of thes strongest selections from our session for you.
We do not provide unedited RAW files, as these are unfinished digital “negatives” that do not yet reflect accurate coloring, our look, or professional standards. Additionally, these files often require specific professional software to open or view correctly and are massive in size. Our goal is to deliver a polished, final product that you are proud to showcase!
The use of flash depends on the atmosphere of the venue, time of day, and style. You are always welcome to request we not use flash photography due to the nature of your event or preference.
Absolutely! Please provide us with any reference we can work off of, and we can make sure your headshots feel consistent. Should there be any changes in scope to achieve the matched look, we will notify you and may issue a new quote or invoice.
